Using a special cold curing process, Vita whirlpool baths offer only the highest quality Lucite cast acrylic. After the sheet of Lucite acrylic is heated and vacuumed formed into the shape of the whirlpool bath, fiberglass is applied to the back side of acrylic sheet, providing rigidity and strength.
