Using a special cold curing process, Vita whirlpool baths offer only the highest quality Lucite cast acrylic. After the sheet of Lucite acrylic is heated and vacuumed formed into the shape of the whirlpool bath, fiberglass is applied to the back side of acrylic sheet, providing rigidity and strength. Normal fiberglass resin creates heat when it cures. That heat deteriorates the bond between the acrylic sheet, and the fiberglass. Vita uses a special cold-curing vinyl ether resin that stays cool as it cures, ensuring the strongest possible bond between the layers, and the strongest bath shell possible.
This is one of the deepest, most luxurious models you'll find anywhere! It measures 29.5 inches from floor to top, and has an interior depth of a whopping 22 inches.
